Leading Tech LLC has submitted a request to annex one (1) existing lot outside of the City. The lot would contain a ten thousand square foot (10,000) commercial building. teh lot is located in the South Campus off of Highway 69 as you are leaving town headed South. It can legally be described as Lot 1 of South Campus Minor Subdivision (SOUTH CAMPUS MINOR SUB, S33, T06 N, ROW04 W, Lot 1) Jefferson County, Montana. The project is being reviewed under the City’s Annexation Policy and the applicant is proposing a zoning designation of General Commercial.
