The Board of Adjustments will meet to discuss:

·         New Business:

1.      Election of Officers: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary

-          Because the elected Chair and Vice-Chair no longer serve on the Board, Bill Crenshaw, at the request of the Zoning Administrator, will preside over the meeting until & through the election of officers.  The new Chair will preside over the meeting.

2.      Public Hearing on Variance request submitted by Roy Kesterson to house a hooved animal, as a 4-H project, within city limits

3.      Public Hearing on Variance request submitted by Laurie Davis, Hidden Village Trailer Park to move new homes into the park prior to meeting all zoning requirements as outlined in Boulder City Code

4.      Public Hearing on Variance request submitted by Russell Giulio to keep a mobile home already placed at 310 Cook St. in an R-zoning district.
