The Boulder City Council will hold a public hearing to afford the public the opportunity to provide comments on a conditional use application submitted by Rosemary Perna to place a trailer home on TBD Garden Drive. The public hearing will take place at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on October 21st at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall (304 North Main Street). REQUEST TO VACATE A CITY STREET
FOR THE CITY OF BOULDER
The Boulder City Council will consider the abandonment of Evans Street within the City of Boulder. Evans Street is in the J.H. Evans Subdivision and bound by parcel 3 of the J.H. Evans subdivision with a legal description of S32, T06 N, R04 W. Acres 2.06, Parcel 3, COS 168913 F437B to the south. And J.H. Evans subdivision Lot 33, 36, Acres 1.576, M&B Lot A COS 213740 F660A to the north.
The Bruce and Jacqueline Wagner Trust owns all the lots and parcels listed above and there are no other parcels or lots that abut Evans Street. Evans Street has never been developed and there is no history of any usage. They request that the land for Evans Street be included in Parcel 3.
